As a Certified Workplace Conflict Mediator through Eckerd College’s Mediation Training Institute, I approach conflict not as a disruption, but as a doorway to deeper alignment. My method is relational at its core—surfacing unspoken tensions, fostering psychological safety, and guiding teams toward shared understanding. I’ve helped organizations move from gridlock to generative dialogue, improving collaboration, decision-making, and trust across functions.
