MY CAREER JOURNEY

I’m an Organizational Development leader, ICF-accredited Executive Coach, and MTI-Certified Workplace Conflict Mediator with over a decade of experience advancing change across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. I’m also a stand-up comic who reads the room—and the power dynamics—with equal precision.

Most recently, I served as a Change Management Lead at ServiceNow, where I led the communications and learning strategy for an enterprise technology transformation.

WHERE IT
STARTED

My journey began in communications and equity work with organizations like Microsoft Public Sector Services and PBS NewsHour. Later, I partnered with physician-scientists to build inclusive grant and mentorship programs, sparking my passion for supporting STEM leaders. At BE Equitable, I deepened my expertise in change, learning, and communications strategies to operationalize IDEA across the employee lifecycle.

WHERE I'VE
BEEN

In 2020, I founded Inspira to offer OD and IDEA consulting to mission-driven organizations. I’ve since facilitated learning engagements with over 4,000 global climate justice leaders and launched a group coaching program to strengthen IDEA acumen among board and chapter leadership. After my solo consulting venture, I pivoted to the federal space where I led initiatives with GSA—including spearheading Section 508 accessibility initiatives, data governance, strategic communications, learning design, and equity strategy.

WHAT I
LEARNED

My academic foundation includes an MS in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and dual BAs in Gender and Cultural Studies from William & Mary. I’m also a certified Workplace Conflict Mediator through the Meditation Training Institute (MTI)  at Eckerd College and a certified Executive Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

MY LIVED EXPERIENCE

As a queer, Latinx, and neurodivergent woman, my lived experience shapes the empathy and intention I bring to leadership work. I’ve felt what it’s like to not belong—and I strive to create organizational spaces where authenticity is honored and inclusion is non-negotiable.

WHERE I'M GOING

Since closing my chapter at ServiceNow in August 2025, I've been deepening my creative pursuits through performance and storytelling. I took a stand-up comedy class at the Baltimore Improv Group (BIG), and since then, I’ve been performing throughout Baltimore and integrating comedy into my change work—using humor to surface patterns, challenge norms, and make the unsaid unforgettable.

I’ve also contributed thought papers on leadership development and organizational change to George Mason University’s ODKM Insights Blog, and authored 60+ LinkedIn posts generating over 26,000 impressions and reaching 10,000+ members. My writing explores talent management, organizational effectiveness, strategic communication, DEI, stand-up, and culture change—with a voice that’s equal parts rigorous and resonant.

Looking ahead, I’m continuing to explore the intersection of comedy and organizational strategy—where laughter becomes a lever for equity, clarity, and connection. I hope to secure a role in strategic communications that advances my mission: making leadership and culture development authentic, brave, and fun.
