Comedy that Reads the Room - and the Systems
I came to comedy through my love of smashing the patriarchy and taking up space in rooms not built for me. As a DEI practitioner, I parlay well into the comedy space - especially after years of operating in homogeneous environments with strategic precision and a well-timed eyebrow raise. My stand-up explores identity, belonging, and the absurdity of systems, with punchlines that read the room and the group chat.

From Boardrooms to Barstools:
Mic Check for Culture Change
From freeze-frames to feedback loops—Here’s how comedy sharpens my work in conflict mediation, leadership development, and culture change.

An OD practitioner walks into a bar...
…and psychoanalyzes the crowd with punchlines. I use comedy the way I use coaching: to surface tension, invite reflection, and make hard truths land softly.
A comedian leads an organizational redesign…
…and suddenly, change management gets a laugh track.
I bring humor to the high-stakes work of leadership transformation, because sometimes, the best way to shift culture is to shift perspective.

I do group process work - with a mic.
Whether I’m facilitating a leadership retreat or riffing on stage, I’m attuned to what’s unsaid, what’s stuck, and what needs to be named.
Comedy is my lab for emotional resonance.
Coaching is my lab for strategic clarity.
I live at the intersection.
As a DEI practitioner and comedian, I bring representation to rooms that weren’t built for me.
I read the room, then I redesign it. As a lesbian, Latina, neurodivergent, and fat woman, I use storytelling to reclaim space, challenge norms, and invite repair.
Whether I’m facilitating organizational change or riffing on stage, I’m practicing the same craft: making the unsaid unforgettable, and turning discomfort into dialogue.
Comedy isn’t a detour - it’s a deeper way in.
